GHC writes, audit and implement affirmative action plans that meet all regulatory requirements as promulgated under executive order 11246 administered by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance (OFCCP) . Additionally, the plans express the organization's objectives to assure non-discrimination with regard to minorities, women, Americans with disabilities and Vietnam Veterans. GHC's services include but are not limited to the following:

  • Prepare a Job Group Analysis and classify your jobs within the nine federally defined job groups.
  • Prepare a present Workforce Analysis and Two Factor Availability Analysis, utilizing your facility, job group and census data;
  • Define your labor market area and, using current Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) data, perform a Utilization Analysis.
  • Establish specific goals and activities to correct any underutilization that cannot otherwise be justified.
  • Prepare a narrative report that summarizes data presented, identifies plan responsibility, specifies plan goals and activities, and outlines how the plan will be monitored and communicated.
  • Recommend monitoring, recordkeeping, and reporting systems and procedures to assure continuing compliance with regulations
  • Impact ratio analysis

Project Methodology:

  • Consultation - Meet with key personal(s) to discuss the process and determine timelines for completion.
  • Determine Analysis Groupings - The analyses are conducted by Job Title,, Job Group, or SSEG, depending size of the groups and availability of data.
  • Prepare Data - We will provide one detailed data check to identify issues for the client to fix. Analyses will be conducted upon return to us. Additional fees may apply if further cleanup is necessary.
  • Reports - GHC will conduct the analyses and prepare draft reports for delivery to the client.
  • Delivery of Final Results - Includes an executive summary, results, recommendations, and interpretation of the compensation analysis if necessary.
