I wanted to thank you for making your presentation on creating a diverse workplace. Your seminar has created a new appreciation and understanding of how to create diversity in both talent and background in my operation. Your techniques for attracting and retaining diverse talent have been implemented over the past 9 months, and have really helped us improve the diversity among our partners! While we are not quite at the "Unconscious Competence" state that you discussed, diversity recruiting has most certainly become a competence deeply woven in the Cintas fabric! Tim Knoll I've worked with Gerry Holder for the last 11 years, both as a co-worker and then as a diversity consultant. As both a Human Resource Manager and as a Diversity Consultant, I've found he provides added value due to his knowledge of the construction business. Additionally he possesses a good balanced perspective between the business needs of management and the personal needs and rights of the employees.
